Preschool

Our team of committed teachers, social workers and specialists are enthusiastic about developing children to be lifelong learners. Our research-based curriculum emphasizes social, physical, emotional and cognitive developmental skills. We have variety of programs available to students and families, including HeadStart, Early HeadStart, VPK, School Readiness and Private Pay. We view each child as an individual learner and gear our teaching to the needs of each child.

Our schools are designed to support inclusion, diversity and belonging, which creates a community of learners where children feel physically safe and emotionally protected. Classrooms are supplied with a rich assortment of materials to provoke curiosity and incite questions about differences and similarities through respect and appreciation for all.

YWCA South Florida Closes the Achievement Gap Through Early Childhood Education.

Preschool is the foundation to a lifetime of learning. YWCA preschools offer the perfect balance between learning experiences and structured play in a welcoming and safe environment. Our program is focused on giving children a nurturing environment in which to explore, discover and grow. We partner with parents to develop thriving and happy children.

We invite you to join the YWCA and allow us to partner with you in taking your child’s education journey.
