At YWCA South Florida, we address the deepest discrimination happening at the intersection of race and gender. This discrimination shows up every day in the lived experience of women, and people of color, through economic disparities, educational inequities, and limited access to health care.

YWCA South Florida’s Racial Equity & Social Justice Program is funded in part by The Children’s Trust. The Children’s Trust is a dedicated source of revenue established by voter referendum to improve the lives of children and families in Miami-Dade County.
