GROWS HERE
HOUSING. CHILDCARE. OPPORTUNITY.
Families in South Florida are facing growing challenges, from soaring housing costs to limited affordable childcare and barriers to economic mobility. We believe that a bold response is needed — one that speaks to the overlapping realities that our working families experience every day and creates rooms for more opportunity and growth.
YWCA is developing a new neighborhood model, built with families and economic mobility at the forefront.
These projects will be like no other in South Florida, leveraging YWCA-owned land to bring people, resources, and opportunity together.
These projects will:
Add 300+ multifamily residential units, bridging affordable and workforce rentals and homeownership.
Feature a state-of-the-art preschool and multigenerational connectivity
Design active, public green spaces for mental and physical health
Be located in transit-oriented areas for accessibility
Create a YWCA center focused on economic and social mobility through programs and partnerships.
