Reflective Practice group for Supervisors

For who: Supervisors of staff working with young children (ages 0-6) and their families.

This Reflective Practice Group provides a transformative and supportive space for professionals to deeply examine their experience in their role as a supervisor who supports teams who work directly with children and families. This group encourages participants to reflect on their personal and professional identities and the emotional impact of relationship-based work. Through facilitated discussions, members engage in open dialogue, lean into vulnerability, and practice active listening, fostering empathy and a stronger professional use of self. This experience cultivates a deeper understanding of the importance of relationships, empowering professionals to approach their supervision of their team with greater sensitivity and awareness.

Because Reflective Consultation is a relationship-based experience, joining an RSC group is a commitment of your time and presence. It is expected that you will attend all 12-hours of RSC; it is not an experience that you "drop in" to occasionally. Please review the dates to ensure they work with your schedule before registering.
