What if 21 days could change everything?
Community Justice Challenge
WHAT IS THE COMMUNITY JUSTICE CHALLENGE?
When injustice grows louder, our voices must rise even stronger, because justice doesn't happen by accident—it takes deliberate action from people who care. YWCA South Florida's Community Justice Challenge is a FREE 21-day journey that puts powerful tools in your hands when they're needed most.
This transformative experience equips you with the knowledge, tools, and community support needed to confront systemic inequities that shape our society. By participating, you become part of a movement creating real change in South Florida—where your voice, your learning, and your actions directly contribute to building a more just and equitable community for all.
The Challenge works to foster personal reflection, encourage social responsibility, and motivate participants to learn together, find and act on ways to address these issues. From reading articles, to listening to podcasts, to engaging in conversations about social issues that impact all of us, the YWCA Community Justice Challenge creates dedicated time and space over 21 days for participants to discover how inequities impact our community, connect with one another, and identify ways to build a more just society.
Whether this is your first step toward learning about justice and equity or you are leading the way in your circle, the Community Justice Challenge, held June 15 through July 13, is full of new, actionable steps to creating prosperity for all South Floridians.
How the Challenge Works
The Community Justice Challenge is a powerful movement for change that makes justice accessible to everyone.
Each weekday from June 15 to Jul 29, 2025, you'll embark on a transformative learning journey alongside fellow South Floridians committed to building a more just community.
The process is simple yet impactful:
Register to secure your spot in this FREE 21-day experience
Receive a dynamic resource each weekday delivered straight to your inbox
Engage with powerful content including thought-provoking articles, insightful podcasts, and meaningful reflection prompts
Join weekly virtual discussions where we'll process what we've learned and plan concrete actions
The beauty of this challenge is its flexibility - participate individually, bring your family, or engage your entire organization. However you choose to participate, you'll be part of a growing community dedicated to turning awareness into action.
This year, all 21 days center on one urgent theme: voting rights and what it means for our democracy. Whether you follow along every day or dip in when you can, each piece of content is designed to deepen your understanding and move you to action.
This year's theme: Democracy in Progress — Voting Rights at 250
Each weekday, you'll receive one carefully curated piece of content — an article, video, podcast, or action step — delivered straight to your email.
Over 21 days, you'll explore the history and future of voting rights, how voter suppression impacts communities, what's happening right now in voting access, and what each of us can do to strengthen democracy.
Participation in this experience helps us discover inequalities in our community and advance our understanding of equity and justice in everyday life. This challenge is not about changing beliefs but about learning ways to change systems that currently leave groups of people behind.
Together, we can find common ground to be good citizens who care for one another and our community. In a time when so much calls us to divide, let's rediscover the collective power of unity.
Learn together. Grow together. Advance equity together.
